ABOUT US
The team of Bet Mo Ba? are Multimedia Arts senior college students from the De La Salle of College of Saint Benilde.
Bet Mo Ba? was created over the course of nine months to spread awareness and educate the youth about the Philippine Gambling Culture.
Initially, our topic was about gachapon. However, diving deeper, we found out that gachapon was related to gambling. The team further delved into the topic of the Philippine Gambling Culture, realizing that it is more than an addiction and a favorite way to pass time. It is either seen as a taboo topic or a fun pastime despite its many issues.
Bet Mo Ba? understands the sensitivity of the topic but also sees the consequences of it. Thus, in this multimedia project, we highlight its importance by discussing and educating gambling’s most susceptible target: Filipino youths.
